Managing Director

Kelly Dunkin is the 10.10.10 National Director. She is an accomplished nonprofit executive with progressive experience in health and education, nonprofits and foundations. Formerly, she was the Vice President, Philanthropy for the Colorado Health Foundation and the Executive Director of the Chowdry Family Foundation.

Kelly has a proven ability to lead change and position organizations for the future through well-timed planning, staff development and connecting people and ideas for strategic partnerships. She is gifted and persuasive presenter who can facilitate interactive meetings toward successful outcomes. Kelly is a quick thinker who brings energy, creativity and a commitment to learning in order to solve difficult problems. She is a successful manager of organizational growth, complex projects, multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teams. Kelly is an adaptable, culturally sensitive and self-reflective individual who develops strong, trusting relationships. 

Kelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Journalism from Miami University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado, Denver.

Tom Higley

Tom Higley

Founder & CEO

Tom Higley is a Denver-based entrepreneur, mentor and Founder and CEO of 10.10.10. Tom has founded and run six tech startups, including Service Metrics (acquired by Exodus Communications for $280 million) and StillSecure acquired in 2013. In the course of his career as entrepreneur, he has raised more than $40 million and returned more than $1 billion to investors. As mentor for TechStars, Galvanize and INDUSTRY entrepreneurs and CEOs and an investor in more than 25 startups, Tom has been advisor to hundreds of entrepreneurs and startups. Tom graduated from the University of Michigan and Harvard Law School.
Jeffrey Nathanson

Jeffrey Nathanson

President

Jeffrey Nathanson is the President of 10.10.10 and a Denver based entrepreneur, founding several businesses in the Healthcare and CleanTech industries. Previously, Jeffrey was Executive Director Business Development at National Jewish Health where he was responsible for developing revenue producing business units. He started and built several business units including a digital health weight management product that delivered the Triple Aim and an advanced diagnostic laboratory focused on personalized medicine that both generate millions of dollars of contribution margin for the hospital. Jeffrey developed and managed 4 business incubators in New Mexico and Colorado focused on general technologies, biomedical technology, and CleanTech. Jeffrey holds a B.A. degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.S. Degree from the University of Michigan.

Joe Sammen: Executive Director, Colorado Coalition for the Medically Underserved; steering committee member, State Innovation Model and the Better Care, Better Cost, Better Colorado initiative; board member, West Mountain Regional Health Alliance.
Will Sarni: Director with Deloitte Consulting LLP; Bold Visioneer, XPrize; board member, Rainforest Alliance; former CEO, Domani.
